This year is going to be a good year, I don’t think you guys read me properly ….. I said this year is going to be a good year! Cheesy right! *as she rolls her eyes*
I’ve been thinking about this blog post for a good while ….as you may have or may not have noticed I went ghost on yall over the past couple months….you see the thing is…. your girl had a few educational things to sort out ….but anyway, before I start going on and on about my personal issues, I wanted to touch on a subject that has helped me over the latter part of 2018 and shall be enforced a lot more in 2019 which is ‘The Law Of Attraction’ – I’ve gathered 10 tips that have been useful to me and could be useful to alot of others. So Listen!. Shhhhh
1. To visualise your dream life
Take the time to visualise where you want to be and the kind of life you would like to live, by doing this you are naturally creating an ideal vision of yourself and forming a subconscious mental goal.
2. Use affirmations to replace limiting
Words have power. Say it and believe it. You’ll be surprised at what your able to achieve!
3. Have faith in the prosses
Don’t give up, nothing in life that is worth it comes easy. I know you’ve probably heard it all before but, it’s true.
Are you physically trying to achieve your goals or is your goal just a dream. No effort = No achievements. Nobody will do the work for you .
5. Focus on the journey
If you put in the effort on the little details you will achieve a better outcome. True words taken from the advice of Will Smith; you’ve got an assignment to build a wall. It is better to put in the effort of laying each brick one at a time and eventually you will have a wall, rather than looking at the task as a whole and not beginning because you believe the task is too big or you end up not looking at the details as you rush to get to the finished product.
6. . Be purposeful with your thoughts and beliefs
Let go of anything that does not fuel the fire to your desired future. “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” — C.G. Jung
7. Remember that repetition and intention is key,
Practice makes perfect. Discipline is key too,
8. Release controls
9. What you focus on, God will help you achieve it in the right way.
It’s better to believe in something rather than nothing at all. And last but not least…
10. You are what you think.
Carefully watch your thoughts. Be mindful in what you feed your body. When I say that I don’t mean food, I’m talking about the things you watch, hear and the company you keep.
